I really enjoyed my stay at Riu palace. The staff were helpful I enjoyed the food. I also liked the idea of being able to go on the sister resort. I really love the location the view of El Arco at Land's End. Not too far from the marina and the sunrise view was beautiful!

I had an amazing time! The food, the staff (shoutout to Sergio at the front desk), the resort were all wonderful. There are many food options, but the buffet is excellent. The room was clean and the ac was cold but noisy. I would definitely stay at Riu Palace again

The hotel was ok. The food was below average and the front desk hotel staff were always quick to say no or we can’t. We turned in our towels yesterday and got our towel cards but lost them while packing up this morning. They charged me for the lost cards. Also she charged me for a lost room key, it didn’t work so I tossed it. She said that they recycle and had to charge me for that. The pool was very nice, location was good but will not stay at this Riu again. Next time I will probably stay at a non inclusive place and enjoy the fine restaurants nearby.

The resort was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. The food is some of the best we’ve had at a resort. The beach is NOT swimmable in this area despite it being on medano beach. The walk to the swimmable area is way too far to do comfortably, enjoy the day and walk back. We had to take a cab to have an appropriate “beach day” this resort is for pools and views only.

Room was very clean wonderful staff. Pool needs work on tile coming off on some parts of pool. But overall very clean wonderful food.
