When we arrived to check in, the hotel's computer system was down, which was causing significant issues with getting people checked in. The front desk staff were incredibly positive and worked well with getting everyone checked into their rooms and handling the situation. Jennette was especially awesome!

The staff was kind. Teh hotel has seen better days. It looks worn out. The style is super old, the waterfall is a dated feature that was being repaired when it should be eliminated. The area was not great for eating or getting gas. Overall I would not stay there again.

We were taken care of at reception by Jennette. She truly is an asset to your Hotel and remember those people! It's what makes your business and your guests stay truly special. She was so kind and welcoming, she went above and beyond for my kids and I, which will have us coming back!
Jennette aside, the room overall was clean. There was multiple hairs in our sink, which is always just a turnoff. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
