"Great customer service. But the room was yucky. Sticky floors, dirty shower, hanging fan above the toilet. Front of TV looked like it had jelly or something smeared all over the screen and remote. The A/C was broken, and it was so hot. We slept on top of the blankets. And would've NEVER taken a shower there. Disgusting. "

Grew up in this area, during the summer EKU "Eastern Ky University" is out and the town becomes a sleepy little town. However, they're are many things, historical sites and activities to do in the area within a reasonable drive (30 - 35 mins)

It's a nice town a lot of restaurants easy access on and off the highway and we discovered that there's a park about 15 minutes away that has a fort a beach we're looking forward to stop in there on our way home

We were able to check in three hours early because we made good time traveling and the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the coffee was great. The only issue I had was in the gym the next morning here both treadmills were out of service. Thankfully the elliptical still worked. The breakfast on hand was also good. "
