. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs, as the church bell rings from 5am to midnight. Arbon is a pretty old town and the hotel is a 2 min-walk from the old town and the lake. The self check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. "

"No one came to clean the room in the 2 days we were opsite, no air conditioner, and a window that didn't open. We slept with a fan with 26 degrees at night, you do. Almost poor breakfast, little stuff and endless waits to reintegrate them. I don't think we'll be back, sure it's that 4 * is not"

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm.

The hotel is in the center of town with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a ferry station within walking distance. The hotel has a small parking lot, for a small fee; additionally, there some parking garages close by that are reasonably priced. "
