"This hotel is very well situated to walk in Latacunga. We were there only one night before a 3 day hike and would recommend. Everything was clean and modern. We had a small plate of nuts and fruits in the room when we got there, which was nice. There are 2 things that could be improved:
1. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of options but only fruits for vegan. It would be nice to have nuts or bread without eggs as an additional option.
2. It was very warm in the room and we had to...

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "
