"What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"I was really pleased with the location and the condition of this hotel. We only stayed one night (passing through), but it was clean & quiet, and the breakfast the next morning was filling. As a side note, we ate at the Old Fort restaurant for dinner, which was literally right down the street. I recommend it, as well!"

The hotel itself was beyond our expectations. The courtyard in the center was extremely clean and offered a great place for us to gather at night and let the kids run around. Our rooms were very pleasing and comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to move around and the kitchen area was a nice addition. We will definitely be staying...
