Imagine strolling along Limassol Marina for some great waterfront pics. It's located 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from central Limassol. Spend the afternoon at the beach and head to one of the restaurants for a bite to eat.
You can browse the exhibits at Limassol Castle, a museum with a storied past, during your travels to Limassol. Wander the beautiful beaches and seaside in the area.
Agios Athanasios Town Hall is just one of the places to see in Limassol, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Wander the beautiful beaches and seaside in this relaxing area.
"We stayed at the Ajax Hotel in Limassol at the start of September 2025 for 4 days and loved it.
The staff are absolutly amazing. All of them are friendly and make you feel very welcome.
Breakfast came with our stay and we were blown away. The range of choices was out of this world and of extremely good quality. I cant think of a hotel i've stayed in with a larger selection.
It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, depending on how fast you walk. At the beach are sun lounges, a waterfront cafe and a few cafe/bars on the road.
The pool area is a great space to relax. The pool is a good size and very clean.
The cocktails are great, strong, and a good price (9euros). We ordered a few meals on the terrace by the pool and were impressed by the quality and size of the meals.
The rooms are modern and very clean.
We would be very happy to stay here again and would recomend to those wanting a nice relaxing stay a few minutes walk from the beach."
The GrandResort – Limited Edition by Leonardo Hotels
10/10 Excellent
"The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The beach is darker sand than pictures indicate but the water is clear and the promenade towards the city provides a good walk. "
"This is the best place on the island. The property is beautiful and has its own beach. It is beautifully and classically appointed that gives Hawaiian vibes on the Mediterranean. There are only positive comments I can make, but especially about the staff. Every person from Michael and Alexis at the entry door to Elena at the reception, Theodore’s at Concierge made it their business to know you, greet you daily and offer to help you each time you saw them. The housekeepers and servers were exemplary. The managers Yiannis, Kostas, Marios and Mihalis at the bar sought every guest out, every time. We never felt more at home anywhere. Thank you all. "
"We had an incredible time at Royal Apollonia. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is kind and welcoming and the hotel facilities are beyond satisfying. The continental breakfast is amazing, with a huge selection and high quality products. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the hotels private beach is a true gem. We would definitely go back!"
