I travel the stretch of I99 from Seattle to Lynnwood a lot. You can find your chain restaurants here: red lobster, olive garden..pretty nice mall in Alerwood.

To be fair area around the hotel was under construction, major mass transit project Location very handy just off freeway easy access to freeway generally safe part of town. Able to view my vehicle out my window. Downside extremely antiquated elevator

Lynwood has so many dining options very close to the hotel. Not walking distance, but a short drive or Uber.
"We had a lovely two night stay at this hotel. It was conveniently situated to where we needed to be. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious and the beds super comfortable. There were plenty of parking. The breakfast offered was a good variety for the morning. I liked that the beverages such as coffee, tea and water were available 24 hours. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"The stay was very good, I would rate as excellent but the room had a couple problems, one the fan/light had two switches both only regulated the light from very bright to semi bright which meant that the stayed on all the time, it was fine during the day but at night with the light and fan on it was bright enough to bother your sleep, second problem was the light bulb in the bathroom was on an off, the went off completely, it was fixed promptly, and last was the fire alarm going off at 12:45 in the morning it only lasted for about 30 seconds, but there was no fire or a reason for it to go off. Without these issues I would have rated my stay higher, the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, the hotel itself was very clean which is very important to me."
"The staff was nice. There was no one at the counter to check out, just a note to leave the keys on counter which is not wise. Area was sketchy and hard to find hotel. Outside was very ran down. Inside was ok. Continental breakfast was cereal, out meal and toast! I would have preferred to pay more and stay somewhere nicer. "
