"The Good, Beautiful view of the ocean, the staff were nice, I had an issue with my Truck and the Maintenace person helped us. The room was clean, and the price was good. The bad there was no vent in the bathroom, the room was little dated, but it was clean. The room was not ready when we checked in, we got there at 4pm. I waited in line to check in and then went to sit in car until room was ready. They said I could start using the facilities, but I waited in my car. When they paged me that the room was ready, I had to wait again in a line behind three people. I didn't like that I had to wait in line two times to get checked in. They need to fix that. The other issue was the control to the AC seemed like it was set to not go below a certain number. It would turn off and we had to turn it back on. It did get cool enough that we were comfortable or I probably would have checked out. I would probably stay again because it was affordable and clean and the staff was nice. "

"We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. When the basement lots were full, we parked in the garage across the street. Elevators were dated and very stuffy but we heard that they are being replaced with new ones soon. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the large balcony. Thanks for the great stay. "
