You can only earn miles for completed qualifying stays. Due to COVID-19, earning of miles may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will try to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

If you select the "Pay at Property" option, it can take up to three months after completing your hotel stay to earn your miles.

SKYPASS miles are awarded for eligible bookings made by a SKYPASS member for hotel stays on the Hotels.com X Korean Air partnership website.

At the time of booking, JavaScript must be enabled on your PC. If, for whatever reason, a booking is made without JavaScript being enabled, SKYPASS miles cannot be earned, even if that booking would otherwise have been an eligible one. SKYPASS miles will be earned by the SKYPASS member number only for eligible bookings for which you entered your SKYPASS member number at the time of booking.

To earn miles, the English names registered on your SKYPASS and Hotels.com member account must match. Please make sure that the name registered in your Hotels.com account is not saved in non-English characters, such as Korean or Chinese.

By entering your SKYPASS membership number in the check-out form at the time of booking, you agree to let Hotels.com send details of your booking (including destination city codes, first name and surname, and Korean Air SKYPASS mileage membership number). Korean Air may retain this information for the duration of your SKYPASS membership.

The SKYPASS member is responsible for supplying an eligible SKYPASS membership number. If an ineligible SKYPASS membership number is entered, no SKYPASS miles will be earned for that booking.SKYPASS members will be awarded one (1) 

SKYPASS Mile for every USD1 (or equivalent if payment is not is USD) spent in a single eligible booking.

SKYPASS miles will be awarded for eligible bookings if the booking has not been altered or cancelled following the initial booking, once the SKYPASS member has paid in full and checked out of the accommodation booked.

SKYPASS members who are members of the Hotels.com Rewards loyalty program may collect Hotels.com Rewards Points for stays at eligible Hotels.com Rewards accommodations in addition to earning SKYPASS miles. 

SKYPASS members can earn SKYPASS miles on eligible bookings where the member redeems any Hotels.com Reward Free Nights, but only for any residual amount paid for by regular payment method.

In all cases, a minimum of one night's paid accommodation is required before any SKYPASS miles can be earned.

SKYPASS miles will be issued regardless of payment method, except for any amount paid for by redeeming Hotels.com Rewards Free Nights.

Until the relevant SKYPASS miles have been credited to the member's account, members should, for reference, keep note of the Hotels.com confirmation number provided by Hotels.com upon confirmation of booking.

The General Terms and Conditions of Hotels.com Booking (https://www.hotels.com/lp/b/terms-of-service?pos=HCOM_US&locale=en_US&siteid=300000001) shall apply to all bookings, and the availability of all the bookings may change.
