I had an exceptional stay at the Langley for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous & so spacious! The spa is well looked after & very clean. I had the whole women’s spa area to myself for a good hour & it was so relaxing! We unfortunately missed out on using the outdoor pool due to closure for winter but the we did walk the grounds & they’re so well kept & beautiful for an autumn walk. The bar & restaurant located inside the Langley are amazing! The drinks are all 10/10 & the food at the restaurant was delicious! I will most definitely be back again! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The spa and pool facilities are phenomenal. Easily the best hotel spa in the UK. Beautiful communal areas and grounds. The dining options are slightly limited both in the restaurant, spa and room service. We were charged £6 for a hot latte and £9 for a iced latte and both of them only half filled the taco cup that they were given in. Not sure why that iced latte cost £3 more when it was exactly the same, just cold not hot. Also service charge included on all food and drinks.

We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service. We have done many stays at many luxury hotels in uk and I was actually really pleasantly surprised that the stay at The Langley is one of the top in our experience (in view of all the other negative customer reviews). The room amenities were complete too, mouthwash, toothbrush, little things go a long way. Perhaps the only thing is that you needed to pay for sparkling water as that should be complimentary. We would 100% return for another peaceful weekend away.

This is a beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located when flying out of Heathrow. If you book a suite, I would recommend requesting not to be in the Lady Abigail Suite. It has very low ceilings, which would be problematic for a long stay or anyone over 6'.

Did not like the room in the brew house. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Room was dark, opened to a small patio with a high brick wall Very claustrophobic. The property itself was beautiful. I'm sure the main hotel rooms were nice.
