The hotel is relatively clean, comfortable and a good size, service is ok, our room was beachfront but not great value for money hotel was expensive and was a bit tired and really only average. Coffee in the room was not included but tea was, balcony door didn’t lock and it was pretty noisy at night. location is very good although if I came again I’d stay in Ipanema there are lots of homeless people on the streets of Copacobana which is distressing.

Highly recommend the Palladio Hotel. The entire experience is exceptional from check in to the room, the facilities, the bar/restaurant and most of all, the staff is friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Diego, the manager leads by example and is great with guests and his team. Home away from home.

Everything about this property top to bottom was amazing. I will always choose to stay here first whenever I visit Buenos Aires again. The in-room amenities were great. We personally did not have the time to enjoy the Negresco Bistro downstairs but all 6 days we stayed the dining room was packed full. The Negresco Bar has amazing cocktails. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning.
