Breakfast options were more extensive, and tastier, than the usual "continental" options. Food at the restaurant was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Once we figured out that we were in the correct place, everything was smooth and comfortable. The desk personnel were very helpful and did not even want me to fill up the water for the teapot. Comfortable, clean room, handy access to the Common Man restaurant, and very happy to have the hot tub access. Definitely will use this again if in the area.

Staff are friendly and accommodating every need for the weary traveler. Room was clean, cozy and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The lobby is warm and inviting. The continental breakfast offered was good. Clare the cat was also a friendly addition to the stay. The Common Man Restaurant meal(s) were delicious and the portions were filling. I will definitely stay there again.
