Staff over worked, but friendly and helpful. Restaurant closed. With the toilets so low, they should have safety bars. Likewise the showers should have safety bars. Parking is convenient. Location excellent. Rooms spacious and clean.

I don’t want to say that we won’t be staying here again in the future, but it’s a definite possibility. The Gould feels like it’s hanging on by its fingernails. Very few staff, very dead feeling. It was recently sold to Best Western, and what little the Gould did for breakfasts last year is not only gone, but so is all dining. I hope it changes for the better soon and can somehow pick itself back up.
