Location was perfect for walking around town and eating out and visiting the Women's Rights locations. Parking was very easy and close by. The room was VERY spacious and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. We only wished that the A/C unit was in the bedroom rather than the sitting room. We will definitely come back!

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. It was very convenient to be located so near on the main street in Seneca Falls. All of the tourist attractions were walking distance from the hotel. It would be nice if there would be a bit of an upgrade to the rooms for example a small fridge. Otherwise we really loved our stay and would consider going back to The Gould.

Enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic hotel in Seneca Falls. Was a quiet and relaxing place to stay for the night. We were a bit surprised to find no one staffing the hotel desk after 6pm. We had to call a phone number to request extra blankets and it took a long time to receive them. Other than that little hiccup, overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is a historic hotel in an historic town. Perfect fit. Wonderful room and wonderful hosts. I see all the reviews are either 10 or 2. If you're expecting a modern Hilton, you will be disappointed. But, if you want a real experience, stay here! Everything is walkable from here, Women's Rights location is next door, It's a Wonderful Life Museum just around the corner. Lots of good food nearby.

This hotel is outdated and seemed a bit ran down. The property is not as seems in the picture. The halls and lobby were rather dark and dingy. The room was clean, but had window units for A/C . The restaurant was not opened and didn’t seem to be open for some time. Staff was very nice. Locations was convenient and in walking distance to restaurants.

Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the room was clean and cool thanks to the AC. Other than that though, there wasn't much to this hotel. No patio or outdoor area to sit and relax, no restaurant, and the lobby area was small and not very inviting. The bathroom really needs shades, the sun was coming in hot and bright first thing in the morning in our east facing room.
