10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel, fabulous staff, room, food and bar area very friendly. Probably one of the best hotels in Aberdeen for the price of a bit over £100/night. Worthwhile going to Trump’s golf course - you can get a drink and food in the clubhouse. Then drive up to Newburgh beach and see the seals - plus Balmedie beach is lovely too.

A great hotel in the middle of town. Very stylish and spacious, Super-friendly staff. Great food. Access to carpark is a bit hair-raising as it is VERY narrow.

6/10 Good

The hotel & staff were excellent. The banana colada was to die for. Only small issue we had that room although set up for 3 did not have cup glass or a wee biscuit for the 3rd person.

8/10 Very good

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast was a bit disappointing mainly because everything was just lukewarm. It was good to see that those with celiac disease were well catered for though.

Good clean rooms, spacious. Breakfast options were good, and having a good dinner option downstairs was convenient. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Love that it’s a walkable distance from everything downtown

10/10 Exceptional

The room was spacious and clean perhaps a bit dark, I was on the main road side so was noisy with the window open. The staff were very welcoming with my dog, as was the restaurant.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room, the gym was a disappointment, but these things happen. The staff at reception were a delight.

8/10 Very good

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Our only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy (although the hotel did provide 2 fans to circulate air). I’m sure the lack of AC is not a problem most of the year.

Really nice hotel, lovely staff and nice restaurant. Even the fussy eaters in our party were able to find several things they really liked.
