The property is amazing with excellent staff and great breakfast (hot and cold meals). We stayed in one-bedroom suite - it was comfortable and specious; and roomy balcony was an asset to enjoy the view. Parking is somewhat confusing but the stuff is ready to assist.

If you pay for something in advance of the check out day, be sure to have a receipt. At checkout, there was no record of my paying the city tax ... fortunately, I still had the receipt. Hotel is conveniently located to most attractions.

8/10 Very good

The hotel’s spot is very good. No traffic jam so smooth uninterrupted ride from or to airport. Close to old town. In front The Arab League Park. Facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is rich. I recommend hotel’s restaurant, very fresh and tasty choices. The staff is amazing!

I feel very comfortable recommending this hotel. It was well located near the Medina and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is very attractive and the staff was helpful. The only reason I did not give five stars to the staff is because we had to ask housekeeping for an extra blanket a couple times. But really they were generally very friendly and helpful as well. This hotel was great.

8/10 Very good

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooftop area was pleasant. Breakfast was good with variety. They may want to improve the elevators and how to operate. They tend to operate one elevator at a time and it gets slow. Overall, a great hotel for the price
