We absolutely loved spending 4 days in Haut du Loire! Great property, staff and meals! Very memorable!

Pros- staff very friendly, amazing breakfast, beautiful location and rooms, very clean Cons - The sauna is only accessible for guests who book massages. There is no shower, only a bathtub with a handheld shower head.

An exceptional and wonderfully relaxing stay. Hotels.com had made an error in translating the room description: we believed we had booked a room in the château, but it was actually in the Carriage House. Although this was in no way the hotel’s fault, the staff could not have been more proactive or professional in resolving the issue and ensuring everything was handled to the highest standard. Highly recommended, great food, beautiful grounds and excellent service

What an incredible property! Daughters and I stayed in two large lovely rooms in the adjacent carriage house. We spent a bit of time at the pool and ate dinner one night at the more casual restaurant, it was a great meal.

Simply put one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful grounds and hotel and the staff goes above and beyond for its guests. Highly recommend for anyone going to Loire Valley. Make sure you either rent a car or ask them to help coordinate taxis in advance of your trip since Ubers are not common

Slightly dated rooms but quiet, clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and garden, a really nice retreat. Had high expectations of the food which was decent but fell a touch short of what I might expect from two Michelin stars. Service reasonable and attentive enough from friendly staff.

WE en famille
