I enjoyed the serene environment, it is a world-class hotel in the middle of a rural location. The scenic hills close by, well-lawned grounds, and friendly staff were absolutely fantastic. We came to relax for a couple of days. The pool was closed. The A/C in the room did not work. The water in the fish tank outside was very dirty. The room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was great.

The hotel facilities are excellent - the best I have seen in the area. However I found the pillows to be uncomfortable and there seems to be a disco nearby that plays all night long, therebybmaking sleep difficult. Service overall was ok - not great.
