I'd call this hotel, not Dreams Miramar, but do-it-all-yourself Miramar. There were not even washcloths available to me during the entire stay. I asked, and was given an apology for their not having washcloths. Meanwhile, I had to go to the drug store about 4 blocks away to buy washcloths, just so I'd have them. There were no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, or shower caps provided in the rooms. Thankfully, I'd packed my own.
A urine-like smell wafted into the air when I turned on the air conditioner; no central There was also a sewage smell in the air at night. Also the TV was not readily working.
The saving grace was a dear lady who was actually polite and helped with the tv remote, and recommended a nice restaurant with great food at low prices just down the steet. She also told me about the number 9 bus that goes to the old city. She was the best and she worked from 2pm - 10pm.
They didn't have a shuttle to the airport. When I asked about a ride, a very indifferent attendant asked if I had the Uber app, and said I needed to call them. I also had to ask to use the one iron, which was kept behind the front desk.
No one came by to make the bed or remove the trash during the three days that I stayed there. I had to do this myself.I had to request fresh towels. Someone did bring them up to the room, because I went down to the desk at night, so I'd have already have them in the morning.
Terrible service, with one exception.
