The property is beautiful and well located. It is old and needs an upgrade of many things. It seems to me that the people working in the hotel are very committed to the property, but not entirely to the customers. The cleaning personnel are doing their best to maintain old features and were very respectful. Dinner was difficult as there is a shortage of personnel provoking slow service but yet adding a 10% without asking. Samira was also very helpful and went beyond her duties to help us unlike the others.

Beautiful hotel nestled within the vineyard. Our room was huge and looked over the vineyard. The wine tour is a must, very enjoyable and interesting.

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel, so pretty and friendly. Breakfast was great and included in stay. Wine was amazing and not expensive. Was travelling back to Bilboa from Murcia and was close to turning so very handy but you couldn’t see or hear road. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while.

Very peaceful, clean and quiet with amazing wines. The lady who ran the bar and restaurant was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure we made the right choices for food. We didn't realise breakfast was included but even though we were checking out after breakfast had finished they provided us with free coffee and pastries before we left. Only slight negative is access to the hotel for disabled people could do with improving.
