Very nice rooms, great view and excellent location, with superb, friendly staff. The downstairs restaurant was also quite good. Only drawback of the property is a fairly limited lobby- not really much room available to wait for the rest of one's party to arrive.

Everything was clean and had modern boujee vibes. Seemed very high class compared to a lot of other hotels for the price it was. Definitely would stay here again the staff was amazing and nothing bad about the place. Just overpriced food and snacks like anywhere else.

I’m not used to big city life and the traffic and parking instructions were not clear. I spent more money on parking than needed due to unclear instructions and the room was not super cold as most other hotels. HOWEVER, it was a great location for our stay, got to be on a train, ride the water taxi, eat good food, and drink nearby. 4/5 because it was great to say the least

Great location, good service, and the rooms are clean and reasonably sized. Note that the $25 “urban fee” covers your WiFi, but contrary to the listing, you only get to use the daily Divvy bike credit one time. The code only works once, so you really don’t get much value from this “perk.” Otherwise, I have no complaints.
