Carole’s B&B was such a pleasant place to stay during our trip. She was so kind, responsive and really valued her guests staying with her. Carole was a warm and friendly host. She served home cooked breakfast daily and it was delicious! Spacious outdoor patio where we did yoga. Large inground seasonal pool. 15 minutes to beach by car. We had a lovely stay.

Carol is a marvelous and caring hostess who is very concerned and invested in making sure that her guests are comfortable and has a good time while there. The pool is also a huge bonus, especially on a humid evening when you get back from the beach. Her reccommendations of local attractions and places to visit was invaluable. Overall, I wholehartedly recommend Carol's place, it was a wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! It’s such a cute and cozy b&b with so much charm. Our room was clean and comfy, the location was convenient, and we loved the serenity of the backyard and pool. This place is a hidden gem at an unbeatable price for the Hamptons… Pics don’t do it justice and there’s not a lot of reviews just yet because they just recently reopened. Last but not least, Carole was a wonderful and endearing host who made us feel at home and made tasty breakfasts everyday (we also love her dog, Sweetie). Thank you, Carole!

Carole ist eine tolle Frau, ihr B&B ist wunderbar. Das Frühstück war klasse und der Pool ist groß und neu renoviert. Wir haben abends auf der porch gesessen- es gibt eine vor dem Haus und eine dahinter. Man fühlt sich gleich ein bisschen wie Zuhause. Gern wieder!
