8/10 Very good

Great location. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking in back. And our room was clean and roomy, as was the bathroom. Two nits which made me go with four stars instead of five: the shower floor/tub was incredibly slippery and there were no grab bars to hang onto for support. If we left the windows closed when we weren't in the room, we'd return to an odd smell. Not sure what it was....

We had a great dtay at this hotel. It was easy ealking distance to many restaurants, it offered free parking and breakfast, breakfast was a good spread and our room, which was an apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

6/10 Good

Hotel Cruzeiro does have some positives: the king-size bed was very spacious and the pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room design and upkeep left much to be desired. There was only one bedside table, which meant that one guest had to keep their belongings—phone, water, medicines—on the floor. This was very inconvenient and made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the wallpaper in the room was beginning to peel, which gave the space a neglected feel. Take into consideration that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. While the bed itself was great, the lack of basic functionality and the visible wear and tear were disappointing. I would suggest looking for another hotel in the area for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay.
No bedside table (only one)

2/10 Poor

The room is very hot. Air conditioning is controlled by tge front desk and they turn it off part way through the night. It is a exceptionally noisy hotel. You can hear the whole conversation of people either side. I would not recommend staying

2/10 Poor

Please do not stay here! This has to be the worst hotel out, with terrible rude staff. The a/c does not work and the sound proofing is non existant. Do not expect to get any sleep. Please please do not spoil your holiday and select this hotel.
