Highly recommended establishment!!! Everything was amazing. The room was quite large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and courteous throughout. The restaurant was very nice with open air seating or beautiful indoor seating. The plating of lunch was artwork. A great international breakfast is included with so many food choices to suit any dietary needs or palate. The spa was heavenly and peaceful. A hotel free of alcohol that reflects Emirati and Arab hospitality, located in a historic area rich with valuable information about the roots of the Emirati families who once lived there. The Government of Sharjah has shown great interest in preserving and promoting this heritage. I suggest providing training for the staff—especially the front office team—so they can explain the significance of the area to guests. Additionally, a printed brochure can be prepared and distributed to visitors to introduce the hotel and its surroundings. Mahmoud welcomed us to the hotel and gave us an awesome introduction the Chedi. He gave us a walking history tour which was just brilliant. The room was far better than the online pictures! The decor and ambience is so different to the usual hotel that it was just wonderful. And a shout out also to your staff from Divine in the restaurant to the guys constantly on the move around the complex, all were friendly and incredibly helpful. Will be back in the future for a longer visit with more of the family hopefully.
