Very friendly knowledgeable staff incredible rooms and amazing breakfast. We were bowled over with our stay. The location is perfect. Deluxe Rooms are soo spacious clean and comfortable - we can’t wait to return!

Great location but not 4 star
The staff at Moods Charles bridge were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. It’s in a fantastic location close to Charles bridge and a lot of the major sites. Unfortunately our room was on the fifth floor with only a sky light for a window so no view, this didn’t bother us, however the skylight in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and was so mouldy! The beds were comfy but the pillows were absolutely awful and no choice to swap these out. Whilst breakfast had an okay choice it was quite chaotic at busy times making it difficult to get what you wanted. The hotel advertises a gym which is one of the reasons we booked. However the lights, air con and machines weren’t working and were so dusty. We reported this to the receptionist who apologised but was just another inconvenience. Overall an okay stay but wouldn’t say the hotel is 4 stars.

Good Stay, great location
Very clean hotel, really good location. My only complaint would be that the beds are a little narrow and the duvet not that big either. I would definitely recommend staying here though, the staff were very nice and welcoming
