Clean, beautiful, quiet, modern, and I had my own private pool. It is considered a plunge pool, but believe me, it is quite big, clean, and cozy. I had the most amazing Santorini sunset view from my room. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and very attentive to my needs. From the get-go she provided me with a map of Santorini, the places that I should see, available tours, and a way to contact her if I needed any help any time of the day. The hotel is away from all tourist attractions, but I had rented a car, and driving around was part of the fun, so I didn't mind at all.I didn't want to leave this hotel. Great experience overall

Joanna, the receptionist was amazing. She literally was the best part of my vacation as she was very attentive, kind, professional, sweet, and overall gave great suggestions for me to choose from to make my trip the best I've had in awhile. The suite was well maintained and was nicely located with great views of the sea, the winery, and the villages of Prygos. The plunge pool was very nice, though I didn't expect it to be salt water. My only critique is that the housekeeper knocked on my room door really hard each day which often caused disturbance to my sleep. So as a recommendation, it would be helpful to the future guests if Alunia Incognito Suites provide Do Not Disturb cards or signs to hang on the door so that housekeeping knows when not to disturb. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to all future travelers. Joanna deserves a raise. She's the best!!

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing time. The room was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis as was the pool services daily. Staff was incredibly polite and hostess' are the best we've seen in Greece yet. Thank you Maria and Anna for all your help during our stay, for the impeccable recommendations as well as taking the time to have these booked for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allunia Suites. We loved that we had our own space, own pool and weren't surrounded by general hotel noise. Saying that the pool dripping noise did wake us up a few times, even with ear plugs in! Breakfast is delivered to the room, which was OK. The last few days the croissants weren't very fresh, but were OK. The room could do with a few more amenties, in terms of being able to make some food, even just plates and cutlery as you do have to eat out all of the time. We stayed in room 8 and it could do with extra privacy from the car park. We were straight out into the view of everyone in the car park, which was a bit awkward at times! There was privacy from the other side, so not sure why this is the case. Other than those things, we can't fault it. The room was spacious, it was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, reception were very helpful and it was in an ideal location.

It is nice, just overly expensive in my opinion

Smart, fresh & new looking suites. We were made welcome on arrival and the reception was very pleasant. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked, although I hadn’t mentioned it initially, after the staff being made aware there was no obvious effort to resolve this. The swimming pool was full of floating bugs on arrival and the bottom of the pool was scattered with debris during our entire stay. Breakfast was simple but mostly adequate. As it’s the first time in Santorini it’s had to say about value, but it was expensive for what it is generally speaking travelling extensively. For a once a year holiday it may not seem so overpriced. The last evening there was a power outage, it was early and as we were outside it wasn’t on obvious. I went to say the outside electric lights were on, but inside there was no power. That’s when I was advised there had been a power outage. There was some to/fro with maintenance bur left in a room from 8:30pm onwards with no electric, meanwhile there power was on in other suites, couldn’t see to shower or get ready to go out, total darkness apart from phone lights, no word from the staff with suggestions or assistance, just maintenance in and out baffled why no electric for us. No idea when the electric come back on as was so late we were asleep. Wasn’t on before midnight. I’d have expected something from the accommodation to acknowledge whilst not their fault for the initial outage, we were the only room left in darkness.

Wenn ihr etwas Ruhiges sucht, fernab von den Touristenmassen, dann ist diese Unterkunft die perfekte Wahl. Sie liegt im wunderschönen kleinen Dorf Pyrgos, das einen ganz besonderen Charme hat. Dort gibt es zwei Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, einige Restaurants und sogar eine Shisha-Bar. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und unser Zimmer einfach wunderschön. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch nur für uns war. Außerdem wurde die gesamte Anlage täglich gereinigt, auch wenn die Uhrzeiten variieren konnten. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das Mädchen an der Rezeption, I. Sie war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich und immer erreichbar. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft hatte sie eine Karte für uns vorbereitet, uns viel über Santorini erzählt und tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Dieser Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, bestens aufgehoben zu sein. Da es unser erster Urlaub in Griechenland war, war dieses Erlebnis für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Menschen waren überall sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Ein kleiner Tipp für alle zukünftigen Gäste: Mietet euch unbedingt ein Auto! So könnt ihr die Insel viel entspannter erkunden. Fira ist nur etwa 12 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und Oia ungefähr 30 Minuten. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Santorini reisen, würden wir ohne zu zögern wieder diese Unterkunft im wunderschönen Dorf Pyrgos wählen. Danke für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis!💛✨🇬🇷

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, mit schnellen Verbindungen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig genug, um zu entspannen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich das Team stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders begeistert war ich von der liebevollen Einrichtung und den kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machten. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
