Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel with very good facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 days at D' Andrea Lagoon with our small team for a meeting and had a great time with lots of fun. Maria and Anna were particularly helpful in helping us book activities. Many thanks to the team at D' Andrea Lagoon, we would love to come back!

Our stay at the resort was very relaxing. The swim up room was wonderful and we were able to un-wind during our stay. It was a shame, for an adults only reaort that there was no Spa. I found it rather disingenuous, to offer “Spa Indulgence” on their website without a Spa on site. Although they did offer Spa access at an other hotel, requiring the additional cost of a taxi ride away.

The hotel is very nice, and having direct access to the pool from the rooms was a real pleasure. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. However, there’s really no need to pay for full board, as even soft drinks are charged extra with the buffet dinner. Instead, you would actually spend less if you ordered from the hotel’s à la carte menu every evening. Of course, it’s a matter of personal preference, but had we known this beforehand, we would have chosen that option instead of paying for full board unnecessarily.

My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. The hotel is far from everything else, the town/ restaurants are at least a 15/20 minutes drive away. Keep in mind that there are no Uber services available, so if you choose not to rent a car, the only way to get around would be by taxi (which can get pretty expensive). The overall hotel experience was very good and I’d definitely recommend it.

Pluses - Amazing facilities: gigantic pool, amazing aesthetics, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, clean sandy beach, WiFi throughout rooms, pool & beach - Modern, spacious rooms with super king beds - Room cleaning twice daily - Nice touches: wine & fruits on arrival, sun hats, chocolate after room cleaning Minuses - Average food, although they do try to make fancy dinner meals. Breakfast could add a la cart options (eggs Benedict, pancakes) & option to have it in room. Dinner menu stays the same, would be great to see it change every few days. - No 24hr room service. - Far from nearby towns & no shops/ATMs around, therefore car rental is a must have

Architektonisch schönes Hotel, mit einer sehr schönen Poollandschaft, einer stylischen Hotelanlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und auch die Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten sind in allen Variationen vorhanden. Abends gibt es wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat auch ein Buffet oder es besteht die Möglichkeit kostenpflichtig etwas aus der Karte zu bestellen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berät einen sehr gut bei der Weinauswahl. Das Hotel hat kein Spa, es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum und eine Boutique mit Bikinis, Sonnencreme, Zigaretten, um Snacks oder Getränke zu kaufen, muss man mit dem Taxi oder Mietauto in die nächste Stadt fahren. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle, da das Hotel sich zum Strand hin vergrößert, deshalb muss man um a den Strand zu kommen, an der Baustelle vorbei laufen. Am Strand sind Liegen, Schirme oder Cabanas vorhanden und es gibt zwei Duschen und eine kleine Hütte, wo Getränke und Snacks bestellt werden können. Allerdings gibt es keine Toilette am Strand. Wenn das andere Hotel fertig ist, wird das Angebot komplett und rund sein und die Bilder sehen sehr vielversprechend aus. Wir waren vor zwei Jahren im Hotel direkt daneben das Oku, dieses ist von der Ausstattung, Essen, Service, Zimmer deutlich besser, wer noch mehr Luxus möchte, sollte dieses Hotel buchen, welches allerdings auch deutlich teurer ist.
