Great hotel, in an ideal location. The convention centre is close by with a lovely park and some good bars and eating places. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. Not great for just lounging around, shame really. Book your trips on Trip adviser as the concierge service was 4 times the cost for the same experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was superb.

Amazing hotel, best one I have stayed. Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars. I had a very nice stay at Banyan Tree KL. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathtub and bathroom. Comfort level was high, staff was excellent. Lots of little attentions in the room (essential oil, yoga mat, smart toilet - scared me at first!). There is a nice pool and the breakfast was excellent. It's pricey, but a nice treat!

Outstanding!

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)

Stunning hotel with amazing rooms. Views are incredible over the KL skyline. Rooftop bar is fantastic with great views of the Petronas towers.
