It had been an amazing stay at Tilal Jabal al Kaaba. At check-in we're given room # 1805, and we're so tired of our long journey from New York, couldn't assess the condition of the room at the beginning. That room appeared very dirty. We met housekeeping supervisor Ms. Sumayya at the lobby and discussed about the room. She took our concern very seriously and immediately provided us with a much better and cleaner room. Special thanks to Ms. Sumayya for being so prompt to resolve our issue. Hotel shuttle to the masjid was a great help for us. Housekeeping staff Mosharof did an excellent job every day. We will always remember Mr. Abdul Majeed who always entertained us with big smiles and refreshing hibiscus tea. We will inshallah come back to Tilal next Ramadan and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This was in my opinion the best hotel close to the haram other than the clock tower. You have to get the king suite facing the haram to enjoy the beautiful views. I hope to make this my go to stop on my next visit god willing.

Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service. The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean.

House Keeping only set up an example of great show of cleanliness. But also displayed a high level of honesty. Inadvertently, I had left $300 and SAR 500 in the room.
