A hidden gem

An exceptional boutique hotel. Amazing location with fantastic sea view from both rooms and restaurant. Spacious rooms and all very clean. Super friendly and attentive hotel staff who are ready to serve all your needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was soll ich sagen…alles war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind noch viel größer und schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie wurden inklusive Pool jeden Tag gründlich von den Reinungskräften gereinigt, sodass es zu jedem Zeitpunkt blitzblank war. Der Service war herausragend, wir wurden persönlich von den Besitzern mit einem Willkommensgetränk empfangen und unsere Koffer wurden für uns auf das Zimmer gebracht. Das Personal war allesamt super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es war immer sehr ruhig und entspannend, sodass es sich schon fast so angefühlt hat, als hätten wir das ganze Hotel für uns. Auch das das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr empfehlenswert. Da man das Gelände nur durch die Zimmerkarte betreten kann, haben wir uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Ingesamt eine klare Empfehlung, v.a. für diejenigen, die einfach mal ihre Ruhe und abschalten wollen. Da das Hotel jedoch auf einem großen Hügel liegt, ist ein Auto ein muss, besonders um die Insel erkunden zu können. Der nahegelegene Ammopi Strand ist jedoch zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt von Karpathos ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (zu Fuß über eine Stunde).

Unser Urlaub im Sophid war rundum perfekt! Das eigene Restaurant hat eine super gute Küche und der Service ist hervorragend! Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr darauf bedacht, einen rundum und schnell glücklich zu machen! Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet! Man sollte sich jedoch für ein paar Tage einen Roller oder ein Mietauto gönnen! Eine super schöne Bucht ist nur ca 900 m vom Hotel entfernt, ruhig und abseits vom belebten öffentlichen Strand!
