Good: Helpful and friendly 24 hour font desk. Spoke English, french and Arabic - not sure about other languages. They helped with taxis and storing luggage. Improvement: Check in about 5 minutes per room so rather a long process. The pool closes at 4pm, would be nice if it was open a little later. Tiles on pool need replacing but overall lovely. Overall: Pleasant stay and would come back.

Great for business travelers
Every time I have business in Sfax or the Sahel, I stay at Ibis. The rooms are incredibly clean and so quiet, even though it is on a main road. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are well lit. The restaurant is fairly good — lots of variety and good service. I really enjoy staying here when I'm in town.

The hotel is premium, clean and modern, the COVID19 restrictions are applied with care. The room has a lot of RED equipment which somehow downgraded the look of it, although it's large and clean. Another point is the COVID19 rules during dine-in, it is restrictive than ever to be.

Nice and walkable location, a very friendly and honest staff member as I forgot my ring and the mobile charger, the staff has found them and handled them to me with a nice smile. The food was great and thanks to the receptionists which were super star at both the check in and the check out times with their Flexible understanding.
