Pure luxury!

How do you explain how pure luxury feels. That is how the hotel was from start to finish. Everything smooth from check in to check out. The staff were so polite and welcoming, always a hello or goodbye! What an experience. I have a hotel for life in Hamburg now.

Tortue er et rigtig skønt sted med høj service og kvalitet. Eneste lille minus er at værelserne ikke kan blive helt kolde nok, når man fortrækker at sove koldt. Har egen dyne med. Men værelser, mad, beliggende er helt i top

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Tortue. Von der Ankunft , dem Check-In bis zur Sauberkeit sowie der Ausstattung im Zimmer war alles top! Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Binnenalster und bei einigen Einkaufsläden, trotzdem war es im Hotel selbst ruhig. Ich würde das Tortue immer wieder zur Übernachtung in Hamburg wählen.
