Perfect for families, offers a unique experience of a great sandy beach mixed with a traditional greek all inclusive hotel, very good food, engaged staff, lots of space, and helpful services (doctor, kids club). Unfortunately, some rooms are a bit outdated and are due for maintenance or renovation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel very much.

This was our second year of many more, God willing. We love it here. The staff is welcoming, warm and super accommodating. They take care of you. We always have such a fun time and there’s so much to do for both kids and adults.

The hotel is children paradise. Free access to fantastic water park. Pools and beach are exceptional. Food is fantastic and options of four amazing a la carts restaurants included in all inclusive price. Beds very comfortable with mattress topper. Difficult for children to accept in the future any other holiday hotel since it has set the bar extremely high. Staff very polite and go beyond their way to make sure you are enjoying your holidays and the hotel facilities. Complete relaxation for the whole family with lots of activities and disco nights especially with Marco as DJ are perfect.

Terrible buffet!!!!! Reustrant dining bookings impossible, never seen a beach bar to close at 6.pm only available drinks is at main lobby till 11.i don't know mix feelings about the place my 6/7/and 10 years old kids hat a blast but to spend that kind of money parents shoul have fun too.

Like other all inclusive - food quality isn’t to good. Actually it’s pretty bad, when you consider the price for the stay. Rooms is also outdated. A lot to do at the resort and my kid was happy :).
It’s best for Greek and Germans. It’s basically their main customers and you see that on the service and entertainment

Quite mediocre for LuxMe designation. Facilities are rather tired. Even before check-in we were told all restaurants were fully booked and buffet service was our only option. Staff try hard but poorly hotel seems to be amateurishly managed. Queues during meals too long, too many communication failures and chaotic planning. Our room was too basic, amenities were missing, food in general was underwhelming. Location and potential of the resort is wonderful but we will not be returning due to its standard being low.

Property is quite big, and lots of stairs, a little harder on the elderly. But for anyone else, including kids, it's a great resort with many things to do. One of the best water parks in Greece and a beautiful sand beach. Front counter staff went above an beyond to assist us when we requested a room chance. Restaurant and store staff are equally personable, friendly, and willing to assist. The rooms are more on the bare side and we noticed this having previously stayed at a boutique hotel, but they are fine as you do not spend much time in the room. Going all inclusive made it quite easy for meals, and I must add, some of the best meals were at the beach restaurant - many options throughout the resort.

Bad points: This hotel is advertised everywhere as 5 star but it is NOT, it is firmly a 4 star hotel as it does not offer room service. They justify the 5 stars by claiming that it is situated "within a 5 star resort" but this is very misleading and is not being transparent. Moreover, on behalf of the Greek government they charge 15 euros climate tax per night, payable upon check out that should only 10 Euros. Good points: This all inclusive hotel is excellent for families, it has all the facilities that you want and the best kids club you will find anywhere in the world. Our 6 year old daughter was so happy in the presence of kids club entertainers such as Stravouli, Baptiste and George (and all the others too). They could not do enough to make all the children very happy, excited, occupied and in the evening tired enough to sleep!
Lydia on reception was superb, always with a welcoming smile. Zoe in the main restaurant was one of the hardest workers I have ever encoutered and so friendly and helpful too. A special mention for Michalis who must surely be amongst the best, most genuine and friendly cocktail barman in the world! Ask him to make you his "Midnight Mary." This is the best cocktail I have ever tasted, (and I have tasted quite a few!).
The beach is one of the best you will find anywhere in the world.
The food is very good, buffet style with everything you could wish for, however I prefer personal service so if you do too be sure to book the separate restaurants.

We booked the all inclusive in a villa, so top of the line. It had 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. One toilet didn’t work. We called maintenance a few times and it still didn’t work.
The AC in that same roo.never worked in our 3 night stay. Maintenance said they fixed it multiple time but never did.
Our refrigerator light constantly flashed and didn't get cold until the end of the second night.
We were not discounted at all for alm the inconveniences that should have worked properly in sn all inclusive resort. Really disappointed in the thousands of dollars we spent here.
The mixed drinks were extremly week and just tasted like sugar.
