Kind of a bittersweet situation. Hotel is great and the location is perfect. We had an issue with the housekeeper, as we prepared the room and left the door sign indicating we wanted it serviced, however nothing was done. When I contacted the front staff, they showed me the report where the housekeeper says the sign was set to do not disturb, but that is not true. The front staff insisted it was my fault as I explicitly indicated I did not want to be disturbed, when the sign was not even outside the door. Anyways, I phoned the reception and requested towels as we needed to shower and leave for dinner, and was told a housekeeper would bring some immediately. Over 30 minutes later no one had showed up, so I went downstairs and it appears the employee I spoke with forgot to request the towels.... To make matters worse, we have status with the booking agency and were offered a bootle of wine at the time of booking, however hotel refused to honour this and couldn't care less. Kind of unfortunate to make such a bad impression to a guest, given that the hotel itself is pretty good.

Terrível experiência. A única parte boa é a localização. Na verdade, não tem estacionamento como na propaganda. Ha poucas vagas que passam o dia ocupadas e não se consegue estacionar nunca. Eles estacionam carros inclusive no passeio da entrada impedindo embarque e desembarque de hóspedes. Cheguei com dois bebês, tive que andar com malas na chuva , pois não tinha onde parar. Funcionários da recepção extremamente mal preparados, rudes e indisponíveis. Pedimos edredons e ouvimos que “não tinha mais pois muitos hóspedes já tinham solicitado”. Quarto com cheiro de cigarro e mofo. No check out, outros dois hóspedes reclamavam também do ar condicionado e de vazamentos nos quartos. E quando pedíamos para falar com a gerência nunca estava disponível. Pessima experiencia. Fujam dessa opção!!!

Só tenho elogios para o Porto Kaete. Equipe de funcionários top, destaque para as meninas do café da manhã: Adriana, Edvania... Café da manhã espetacular. Itens deliciosos. Quarto grande, roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O banho é um detalhe a parte, muito bom. Estacionamento ótimo. Dessa vez não usamos a piscina. Áreas comum sempre limpas e cheirosas. Wi-fi funciona muito bem, em qualquer lugar do hotel. Já estou ansiosa pela próxima hospedagem, que seja breve.
