Bisha Hotel provided one of the best services and staffs. Atmosphere of the hotel was comforting to us. If I have a chance I’ll book a room again. Overall, I though Bisha Hotel is one of the best hotels in Canada.

Originally we were disappointed in our room, a Yves. The size was smaller than anticipated, especially since the picture we viewed on your website showed a sitting area. The room we were provided did not have a sitting area. We immediately looked for an upgrade, and for an additional charge we switched to an Andy. We couldn't have been more happy with the change. We enjoyed our room and the overall hotel experience at the Bisha.

Great location, great staff that went out of their way for us to have a great trip. Very disappointing that all the boulers shut down on our first night so we didnt have any hot water to get ready to go out for our dinner reservations. No the staffs fault but maybe the building should look into this so it doesn't happen again. After walking around Toronto all day, in December, one NEEDS a hot shower to warm up. (This also invluded no heat in the hotel!) Cute french coffee shop attached, nice gym with everything you need, the style of the hotel is very modern and dark (black), bar is hopping on a Saturday night with an EXCELLENT dj (would love to know who it was) and i would come back for drinks here on a Sat just for that. Restaurant upstaurs is pretty and very yummy and would be amazing in the summer when roof top pool is open and you can appreciate the views better. Room was on the small side and a lot of wasted space with lots of furniture. I would definitely stay here again for the right price.
