Fake apartments
My worst experience in ten years. I arrived at the apartment 16:30 and check-in time was at 14:00. The code didn’t work to enter the apartment. “Try again the system says it should work” was the answer I got. I tried it ten times and even filmed myself entering it. They told me to wait for help. It took one hour before the manager called. Sorry you have to pay an extra fee to activate the code. I had already paid through hotels.com. Yes but you must pay an extra fee using a link we email you now. I paid the extra fee but still the code didn’t work. Oh, we have to inform you the apartment is not ready yet. They haven’t cleaned it yet. I think this is a fraudulent set up sonstay away from it. I have reported it to Hotels.com
