Modern and lovely hotel in nearby Krakow down town. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with our room type, but the staff went out of their way to help us and we really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to every one considering it.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Ascot. The hotel is in a perfect location for getting to the main attractions in the centre of Krakow, everything is just a short distance away. The staff, facilities, cleanliness, room and breakfast were just perfect! A hotel I would highly recommend o anybody visiting Krakow. I also have to mention the most amazing smell that greets you when you walk through the main entrance, it is such a gorgeous scent. Overall, a great hotel. If you are thinking of booking…. do it!! You won’t be disappointed 😊
