Exceptional 10.0
Patient staff and making the best of remodeling.
Hotel is undergoing a make-over. Some areas are affected more than others. Our stay was great. Fantastic staff from valets, front desk, and housekeeping would go out of their way for you.

Exceptional 10.0
Great stay otherwise!
It was great, my only area of opportunity was that I was unaware the hotel was undergoing renovations so the entire floor where my room was located smelled like fresh paint chemicals for several hours, it was a tad bit overwhelming at first, but it went away after awhile. But don’t let this deter you because I was very happy with my overall stay and the staff was very accommodating with early check in along with friendly disposition.

Poor 2.0
RATS!!!. THIS HOTEL HAD RATS (RATS PLURAL)!!!!
I've never been to prison or been homeless, but staying in this hotel gave me a glimpse of what those experiences would be like. First of all, the pictures don't do the hotel any justice. I've never seen such a visual lie except on social media where people take pictures at contortionist like angles. The hotel room was dark and cold. Even with the lights on the room seemed as well light as the underside of car or a DC alley lit by a street lamp a half a block away. And when I say the room was cold, keep in mind that the floor is currently concrete after their "industrial" remodel. It didn't help that the heating unit connected all the rooms to each other. The only good thing about the heating unit which didn't work at all to heat the room was that the genius level rats had begun using the ventilation shafts to travel around the hotel. I ended up having to relocate me and my fiance to another hotel at 3am in the morning because I was concerned for our health and safety. I honestly don't wish this experience on anyone.

Poor 2.0
Avoid till construction done

Fair 4.0
Under construction don't bother staying here
The first issue I had is there is a $49/ night fee to park your car, which is not listed on this site at all. Also, the hotel is currently under construction for remodeling. So I got woken up around 6:30- 7 am every morning due to the sound of hammers and saws. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and only stayed for 2 due to the construction. The front entrance, lobby, and restaurant/ bar are closed as well. So we had to enter through a side door and go down a narrow hallway to enter the hotel. This was such a hassle since there is very little room to move around with the table they have set up as "desk" to check people in. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator to come to get us every time we used it. It was so slow we ended up using the stairs from the 6th floor and still beat it down to the ground floor.
