The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though.

Las instalaciones son excelentes y están renovadas. El entorno es magnifico, en una montaña con vistas a Florencia .Desde el hotel al centro son unos 39 min de coche. A nivel de variedad y servicio en el desayuno hay espacio de mejora. En resumen, si quieres visitar Florencia fuera del ruido del centro y en un ambiente muy agradable y a nivel de precio esta es tu opción.

Villa le Fontanelle è sicuramente una bella struttura con un panorama incredibile su Firenze , la camera curata nei dettagli. Al ristorante della residenza d’epoca devo dire che si mangia molto bene. Un piccolo dettaglio da contestare sono i cani dei proprietari ai quali non dovrebbe essere permesso di entrare nella struttura in particolare nella sala ristorante.
