Really helpful staff who parked our car in the right spot. Got us extra pillows and a kettle and cups. Good breakfast and clean room. Only down side was the party and loud music on Saturday which kept us awake till 11.30 pm and safe was not working

We arrived early and needed help finding parking. The manager on duty was an angel and helped us find a spot and to pay with the parking app. The room was great - nice and clean, good size and excellent shower. From the hotel we walked everywhere and enjoyed the central location immensely. What a charming spot and was a great team at the hotel. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Find. Don't Miss.

We were happily surprised at the beauty, elegance, and remarkable service. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we had the breakfast included with our stay and it was just perfect. The hotel sits on a small lovely town square— you have the feeling of staying in a small village with world-class service. The Valley of the Kings is 15 mins away and the hotel staff, unfailingly polite and helpful, made sure we knew how to get there. Thanks for a great stay.

We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade to a higher class suite and it was absolutely perfect. The room was great, nice and clean and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Definitely worth the stay and only 15 minutes from the Valley of Temples which had a significant cost saving by staying there rather than staying in Agrigento.

A nice option for Valley of the Temples visitors

Though Favara itself was difficult to drive through due to the narrow streets, and at some points it seemed like we were lost, we eventually got to the Alba Palace Hotel and were able to park right in front of the entrance for free. We stayed here to see the Valley of the Temples, not a far drive from Favara. The hotel is very clean and modern. Helpful front desk and nice room. Balcony is tiny, only enough for one or two people to stand on. But the room and bathroom were great, nice and clean. We ate at their rooftop restaurant - nice view! But you must let the front desk know so they can reserve a table for you, as there are only a few tables up there. But it was a very nice meal, attentive service, and good food and drinks!

I arrived at this hotel around 9pm. If I could have found another hotel, I would have. The hotel clearly made the bed but did not change the sheets. I alerted the front desk staff and they addressed the issue straight away. ...and they comped my dinner. But I'd rather have clean bedsheets than a comped dinner.

Worst room design in a hotel Where do I begin. I gave this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 because the reception staff was very nice and the restaurant was decent. But whomever designed the rooms should never work again as a designer. Here’s a list of the problems with our room: 1: it was listed as a junior suite. It was definitely not a suite. There was one chair next to the bed and a couple chairs under the desk. That does not make a junior suite. 2. It was trying to be ultra modern but ended up being very impractical. Lighting was terrible. 3. There was this down HUGE tub (see photo) that was very impractical that I’m sure no one uses because most people just stay here for one night to go to the Valley of the Temples nearby. Why do you need a bathtub big enough for four people in a room for two? Because the shower was located right tub the shower very difficult to use and made the entire bathroom wet when we tried to use it. Because the bathtub took up so much room in the bathroom there was very little space for anything else. 4. The sink was large but only enough for one person at a time and had very little space around it plus no shelving at all for toiletries. Very, very impractical. A smaller sink with shell space would have made much more sense. 5. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have been in. It was hard like a rock and we were not the only ones who had that experience since our family members said the same thing. 6. Buffet breakfast was meh.

Great stay at the Alba

Beautiful and well maintained hotel and room (superior) with all facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent. Only problem can be finding the hotel, so follow the hotel's directions carefully to the Piazza Cavour. Great bars and trattoria in the Piazza if you do not eat and drink in the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, nice and modern infrastructure. Close by there are nice restaurants. It’s really in the middle of the town. This makes it also hard to get there (quite small streets - takes some skilful driving and navigating). We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi.

Great hotel for a night

Hotel is lovely. Right on the square where there are local restaurants and bars. I wouldn't venture out of this area though as nothing else in the locality. Ensure you ask for directions to the hotel before if you are driving as satnav can take you on some very narrow streets
