The Enigma is a very unique and special property with amazing views and great service. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. What a perfect location! It is very cave-like and so the bathroom in the back is dark and not enough lights to navigate the shower. We generally only stay in Marriotts so we are used to soft beds and American level AC so it was a trade off for the unique experience.

Another excellent stay at Enigma Suites. They’re always so helpful and lovely. Best service ever. We’ve now been here 2 years in a row would highly recommend. Our stay at Enigma Suites Santorini was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning caldera every morning and watching the incredible Santorini sunsets from our room was an experience we'll never forget. The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and impeccably cleaned every day, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing staff, who were always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with spectacular views, immaculate rooms, and outstanding service, Enigma Suites Santorini is the perfect choice. Aside from the hotel being absolutely incredible (prime location, amazing amenities, perfect views, peaceful), what stood out to us was how kind, caring, and attentive the staff were. From the moment you check in to the moment you’ve boarded your flight or ferry, you will feel fully supported and taken care of. They ensure your comfort and well being by ordering a car to and from the airport/port and provide excellent recommendations for sight-seeing. We also appreciated how they recommended truly authentic restaurants instead of popular trendy spots. Thank you for your generosity and kindness and thank you so much for making our experience in Santorini so memorable.
