Had a fantastic stay. The mattress was Sorensen comfortable. I loved the high ceilings and giant windows. Location was good for walking to various sight seeing, Alexanderplatz (but it was very hot during my visit). Well connected by buses right around the corner, literally. The worst thing I can say about this hotel is that the windows were so big it was hard to fully close the drapes to keep out the dawn. i highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay at the Capri Fraser Suites. I live close to one in Glasgow so now the quality of the properties. Room was spotless and I have never had such good internet in a hotel anywhere. We had one problem on the last night with the washing machine and only the receptionist on call so ended up being given towels to soak up the problem rather than an actual person come to help but it didn’t stop our enjoyment staying there. Pleasant balcony. Wonderful shower. Super comfy beds. And - one of the reasons for booking - it had a solid door on the bathroom! Not a glass sliding door which seems to be the norm nowadays.

This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3.5 stars. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. We had to ask if they provide bathrobes. Listing on says they provide bottled water, but manager told us it was not listed correctly. They clean rooms partially (will not wash your used cups or pick up all trash) every 3rd day and normal cleaning every 6th day. Entrance is in the back of the hotel for some reason. You can leave through the door on main street, but you can’t enter from the same street. Hotel is new, but it doesn’t seem so in person. Location is good.

4 stars for an otherwise 5 star property. Rooms are clean, great location - right next to the river and main walking path and main attractions. Enjoyed stay. All good. Staff goofed up at checkin and wrote wrong room number on the key and I ended up waking up the guests who were in other room!. May be a genuine mistake and doesn't happen often. Second issue is that they insisted on informing the desk in person for clean up everyday even though I told them clean everyday. We missed to inform one day and the room wasn't cleaned. There is no need for this unnecessary hoop imo.

We loved this hotel! Stylish, light, airy, with a comfortable bed and it included a kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was a fun place to hang out while waiting for an Uber. (There's an archaeological dig under the glass floor of the lobby which is so interesting!).

The hotel was clean and modern. It's just that the hotel didn't provide extra services such as transfer from and to hotel. They didnt recomend a third party service either. Other than, everything was good. We didnt try the restaurant. I borrowed a luggage scale from the receptionist so that was helpful.
