Great Place

This place was exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental. Hot chocolate, coffee, and tea are served in the lobby all evening as well as coffee and tea in the room. The room was very spacious. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I would stay again.

They sent us to a room that was not what we had for our reservation, and then gave us a hard time saying they were full, and there was nothing they could do.The hotel was obviously not full yet, the parking lot was empty. We had a reservation for 2 queen beds and gave us a king. She was about to try and make our kids, and us, share one bed. We finally got our room, so it apparently wasn't taken. She also was not very helpful directing us to our room. The hotel was very clean though, and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping was great, but front staff, at night, was not.

Very pleased...

I was kind of apprehensive about this hotel, seeing it was the only one in Syracuse, KS. However, when we got inside the lobby, it was modern, clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and when we got to the room, it was a wonderful surprise! Very clean and modern, comfortable beds, and all the amenities. The only "huh?" moment came in the morning when I stepped in the shower. The shower head was terribly old and caked with hard water crustiness and the cap for the faucet was cracked and ugly. The shower stall itself was modern and very nice. When we checked out, I talked to who i think was the manager. She was very aware of the situation and said she was in the process of getting new shower heads and faucets. I hope she does! That was the only downside of our stay...nothing that will keep us away in the future, though. I definitely would recommend this hotel!

Walls are thin. Folks in room next to ours decided to watch TV at 4:30am, and it was loud even though they didn't have it turned up much. Not the hotel's issue...but just be aware. The breakfast sandwiches you can microwave on your own are a better offering than most motels. Also had a waffle maker and good coffee.
