I had a booking where I used my credit card and little did I know that the payment is taken from credit card automatically days after my stay. I made a QR payment during the checkout (where none of the staffs advised me that the payment shall be deducted from credit card automatically) and the payment of stay was also deducted from my credit card later on. I contacted the hotel regarding the issue and the hotel ensured that a refund will be made. But unfortunately my follow up was not addressed and the line of the hotel is engaged. The money have not been refunded to my account yet.
