Just arrived at the hotel—staff came out really quickly to pick up our luggage. The whole check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room has a balcony. Sitting outside, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery and watch the little train. The hotel is also well located. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very convenient to walk to Sapa Square. Overall, it’s definitely worth recommending.

Nice hotel with a nice view from some of the rooms. Do not be fooled with the inflated prices they have as the normal rate. This is an expensive hotel for what it offers. Better off staying in closer to the lake area and walking 5 mins to see the same view.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and were so happy with our room and the hotel location. Not too close to the city bustle and with an amazing view of the mountains and rice fields. The staff were super helpful, organising our transport to and from the hotel. After being on a sleeper train, arriving at the hotel early, they let us check in earlier to our room too, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast buffet was delicious too and we got a chance to use gym and pool.

Its located up a hill where its not as busy and quieter compared to places nearer to town. Our room has a great view. Our room was spacious with a balcony.
