Hôtel Bien-Être Aux Cyprès de Marquay is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The hotel is situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Marquay, surrounded by the magnificent countryside of the Périgord Noir. It is the perfect location for exploring the region while still offering a wonderfully calm and relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. The property is charming and full of character. What made our stay truly special was Mario. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely charming. His warmth, helpful advice, and personal attention made us feel completely at home. To summarize, it's a beautiful hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would return without hesitation!

Seek this one out!

One of our favorite hotels in France! Lovely location overlooking the peaceful Dordogne area in a tiny charming town. Friendly staff goes out of their way to assist guests! Fun ping pong. Fabulous dinner salad! Terrific breakfast with homemade treats and excellent fruit in variety. Wonderful pool with views. Not too large, so the staff can make personal recommendations—all seem to enjoy their work. Quite a marvelous and relaxing place!

Not a best shower booth

Staff was friendly and it was quiet and clean hotel. but the problem was the shower. Water didn’t go down in the shower booth and we had to use little bit of water and wait until it cleared out and repeat. Also the way to get to the hotel is very narrow and dark at night. So if you get there when it’s dark you will need extra attention.

Hôtel situé un peu à l' écart et accessible par un funiculaire à partir de l' hôtel NH city. Mais néanmoins bien situé proche des transports en commun,metro pour l aéroport et les tramways pour les différents sites de la ville. Chambre grande et bien équipée même si la décoration est light. Pdj de qualité de standard international. Le restaurant est agréable en terrasse l' été,mélange de cuisine locale et internationale. Personnel agréable et réactif, problème de climatisation réglé rapidement.

A la fin du séjour, le gestionnaire nous a réclamé des frais (une vingtaine d'euros) destinés à Expédia!!!!. De tous nos séjours, c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive. Une manière détournée d'influer sur le prix de la nuitée? De plus, le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé le mardi. Il faut donc se débrouiller

Fantastisk service! Vacker omgivning och välskött gård. Hotellet var rent och fräscht och det doftade underbar i lobby/korridorer och rum. Med tanke på att det inte är fler stjärnor är det svårt att ha åsikter om annat än att det överträffade våra förväntningar. Frukosten tyckte vi var värd att köpa till. Mumsiga bakverk och vacker utsikt från trädgården Konstruktiv feedback för ännu bättre framtida hotellupplevelse är bekvämare sängar, bättre kaffe och lite tjusigare parasoll vid poolområdet.
