Wonderful!! I especially want to thank every staff member working there, the receptionists, and the waitresses; they were the best! It was our 1st marriage anniversary, and we wanted to choose a romantic place for a small getaway to Berlin, and it was exactly what I dreamed of. Everything was very clean, exactly as promised, and romantic. We loved the details in our room (Classic one), like the surprise Provocator button, the windowed bathroom, and the mirrors over the bed. The overall ambience of the hotel puts you in the mood. The breakfast had not many options, but every single thing was very delicious and unlimited enough to make us full. The bar was amazing. The location was perfect too, very close to an S-Bahn (or U, I'm not sure) and in the evening, we walked for just 5-10 mins and then arrived at the luxurious Ku'damm street. Some improvable things in the future: the TV in the room was very far and small, breakfast can include more options (olives, salads, spreadable stuff) and the 100 euro deposit for the minibar seems unnecessary. At the end we had an amazing weekend and look forward to coming here again in the future to try the bigger rooms! Very happy!

Great hotel with a very welcoming staff. The rooms are… inspiring. Do not forget to go the hotel bar, it’s a must. The only downside is that the neighborhood is a residential area (noting to do or see around) and it’s far from downtown… so unfortunately a bit unpractical.

Just spent a week at this property . Was fantastic venue . Great dining and drinks. Staff was absolutely perfect. Especially Victoria at the front desk . She was a great piece for helping and advice for our stay in Berlin. Flow, the bartender took care of us also every evening we decided to have drinks and relax . Provocative Provocateur

Room was nicely designed/deco was fun. On the small side though with only just enough room to get down either side of the bed...bed was very comfy though. Couldn't get the bedside Marshall speaker to connect via Bluetooth with was a shame, but the Provocateur switch is fun, just a shame I could find a way to turn the music up! Was worried having read previous reviews that the room may be noisy from the bar below, but happy to report no noise was heard.

Here is a **shorter, polished version suitable for Hotels.com**: > A decent hotel with a unique room design that reflects the character of an older building, including a very small elevator. My room was quite small — once a large suitcase was opened on the floor, there was barely space for anything else. The bathroom was fine with a good shower, and the bed and bedding were comfortable with a double duvet. > > There was a good selection in the minibar, but I was mistakenly charged for items after checkout even though I hadn’t taken anything. This was resolved quickly via email. > > Breakfast was good, but there is no buffet — you have to order from a menu, which can be inconvenient if you have limited time. Friendly staff and a welcome drink were appreciated, but overall it’s probably not a hotel I would choose again when visiting Berlin. The location is also not the most central.

Was very excited for my stay and was disappointed- the staff were nice and helpful however the cleanliness and conditions were not up to par. Stains on the couch so i was not able to use it, chips on the wood table, makeup smeared on the phone, stains on the bed sheets and mattresses. Just gave an icky feeling overall. Be aware that the tablet used to order room service is not up to date and now has a completely different menu -you make it easier on staff to order directly from the restaurant. Again beautiful room and great people just need to update cleaning standards for the amount you pay for certain rooms i shouldnt run my finger and have it covered in dust. Nice restaurants nearby and metro stop in walking distance.
