Rooms and restaurant was amazing, clean, and excellent quality. Location is ideal as well. I’d definitely book again in the future.

Well-designed, relatively new hotel needs to implement a major employee training program. Obvious maintenance issues (sliding bathroom door off its tracks, inoperable room safe with deadbolt extended) should have been reported to Maintenance staff by Housekeeping, who instead left it for the next guest to deal with. Definite "not my job" attitudes abound. Had to request washcloths three times over a two-day period before they finally materialized. Restaurant staff decided (after we'd already signed the check to our room #), that we needed to pay by credit card, immediately. They actually got me out of bed to give them a credit card and sign a charge slip, while standing in the doorway of my room, in my underwear. Management is nowhere to be found and clearly is not paying attention to service failures. I cannot recommend this hotel until they get their staff training and service issues under control. This was a comedy of errors … only without the laughs. CAUTION: Not hotel's fault, but be aware: neighborhood is sketchy, even in the daytime. Aggressive (!) panhandler grabbed item from my grocery bag, then threw it on the sidewalk because it apparently wasn't what she wanted. This happened within 1/2 block of the hotel, in broad daylight.

Clean well lit rooms. Friendly staff, especially in the bar and restaurant on the ground floor.

Great business hotel that is centrally located with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The limited complimentary internet is a bit frustrating for business travel but apart from them the service was good, breakfast was good and the rooftop bar has an incredible view!

Lovely hotel in a good location. Plenty of parking in the same building. Awesome rooftop bar with great views. First class breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended!
