10/10 Exceptional

Was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived to check in. They described all the amenities and answered any questions I had. I didn’t try the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Room was clean and bathroom had a great tub. Very convenient location. Steps away from Hakata Station. Close to many options for food and sites to see. When I’m back in Fukuoka, I will book here again.

The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is good. However, the view is restricted as it just faces the building 2 -3 meters away from us,

Amazing location! Room was clean, large, and comfortable. We did not use the laundry or eat at the restaurant, but great hub for your time in Fukuoka.

10/10 Exceptional

Great room! Spacious and very clean. It’s wonderful to have coin-laundry on same floor. Hotel facilities was adequate for sightseeing or for business. Wish there was a gym (we were unable to run for a few days due to heavy rain this time).

6/10 Good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great with lots happening around Hakata Station. The property does need an upgrade as it no longer looks like the photos shown when booking. It was ok for the three nights I stayed there.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff are nice, location is super close to the train station. However, there is not parking lot or spot that could stop and drop down luggage.

10/10 Exceptional

Convenient location (best to take exit 15 from Hakata station) and rooms are much bigger than I expected! We could open 3 medium sized luggages comfortably. Appreciate that there’s a few levels with dryer and washing machine so you don’t have to wait long for your turn. Would def go back and rec to friends and family!

8/10 Very good

There are laundromats but only three. Wi-Fi is ok and the television, though supports screen mirroring, fails to play Netflix or Prime due to copyright stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. They could help to receive my Amazon deliveries and keep my large luggage till I returned to stay with them after some side trips.

The cleanliness of the room is good no doubt is eco cleaning but daily the house keeper will change the clean towel & clear all rubbish. Air condition is ok don’t know it because is Feb temperature around 12 degree therefore the adjusted during the night feels abit warm. Overall the hotel is very convenient location within walking distance is the JR HAKATA STATION, CITY, Kitte OiOi big shopping mall & lots of restaurants with yummy local food & other cuisine. Thank you very much for JR Kyushu blossom hotel Hakata Chuo the mangement & team for their friendly, attentiveness & patience, this is definitely a best choice. I will be back again next visit to Japan. Breakfast no chance of trying it maybe during my next visit.
