Schöne Anlage jedoch mit vielen kleinen Schönheitsfehlern, e.g. tropfende Klimaanlage, sich lösende Tapeten durch Wasserschäden. Zimmerservice war o.k., leider wurden aber nicht immer saubere Handtücher gebracht und auch Bettlaken mit Löchern aufgezogen - etwas überraschend bei einer „Exclusive“ Unterkunft. Personal spricht weitgehend nur portugiesisch, so gut wie niemand Englisch. Personal im Restaurant war sehr bemüht und freundlich, bei dem Verwaltungspersonal kann man das nicht behaupten, im Gegenteil. Unter anderem wurden wir nicht von der Rezeption informiert, dass die Wasserqualität im Meer sehr schlecht war und das Hotel hat auch keine rote Flagge ausgehängt. Anderes Beispiel: lärmende Reparaturarbeiten bereits um 7:30 AM ohne Vorabinformation, Stühle am Strand und Badehandtücher wurde erst nach 9:00 und später zur Verfügung gestellt, keine Rückmeldungen bei Anfragen… Fazit: Wunderschöne Anlage in toller Bucht, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte in keiner Weise!

Atendimento dos funcionários é realmente excelente, mas sinceramente esperava mais pelo preço da diária. Estão posicionados em um nível de valor que não condiz com o hotel. Gostei, mas não voltaria. Na minha opinião, a precificação está muito errada. É um bom hotel, mas está longe de ser excelente.

Decepcionante

A palavra para definir a minha estadia no TW Guaimbê é DECEPCIONANTE. O hotel não entrega o promete e tem falhas colossais no atendimento. A situação mais grave que aconteceu conosco foi na primeira arrumação do quarto para a noite, foi deixada uma calcinha usada, que nem preciso dizer que não era minha, em cima da nossa cama. Comprovando que os lençóis provavelmente não haviam sido trocados entre um hóspede e outro e que o quarto certamente não estava limpo. A maneira como essa situação foi abordada pela equipe mostrou o completo despreparo do staff, que nos deu a opção de fazer a limpeza do quarto e troca dos lençóis, o que eu prontamente aceitei, mas 5 minutos depois vieram falar que a camareira ja havia ido embora e não seria possível resolver dessa maneira. No fim das contas, nos trocaram de quarto dizendo uma frase que beirava o ridículo "Esse upgrade não terá custo para os senhores". O lugar é lindo, mas o despreparo da equipe faz o serviço ser extremamente ruim. Não volto nunca mais.

O Hotel é muito bem decorado! Lindo! Chuveiro ótimo! Cama ótima! Café da manhã não é buffet, precisa solicitar ao atendente o que vamos querer. O atendimento é muito fraco, demora e fazem confusões nos pedidos. Tem muito borrachudo e mosquitos. Não podemos sair do quarto sem repelente. Hotel faz divisa com um restaurante e nosso dormitório ficava nesse lado. A noite muito barulho de carros e pessoas falando.

Foi tudo incrível, o hotel é lindo e exclusivo. A cama é muito confortável e o atendimento é ótimo, você se sente muito a vontade.
